At Ermes – Intelligent Web Protection we are looking for talents. Our next Key Account Manager will be in charge to drive our excellence in:

  • Account planning and customer management.
  • Drive Partners (System Integrators / Distributors) to improve their results.
  • Manage forecast accuracy on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive business plan to address partner priorities and pain points.
  • Utilize benchmarking and ROI data to support the partners & customers decision process.
  • Increase partner status, moving partners to higher levels and thus greater commitment
  • Grow partner status, moving partners to higher partner levels and thus greater commitment

Could be better if you have:

  • Experienced Accounting with a demonstrable track record of success.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with senior business leaders
  • Data driven with strong analytical skills
  • Knowledge of Excel (Eventually Pipedrive & Hubspot)
  • Native Italian (Eventually fluent in English both written and spoken)
  • LinkedIn attitude
  • Proactivity and curiosity, can – do attitude
  • Ability to prioritize and manage tasks efficiently
  • Team building attitude
  • Desire to always improve your hard and soft skills
