At Ermes – Intelligent Web Protection we are looking for talents. Our next Key Account Manager will be in charge to drive our excellence in:
- Account planning and customer management.
- Drive Partners (System Integrators / Distributors) to improve their results.
- Manage forecast accuracy on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive business plan to address partner priorities and pain points.
- Utilize benchmarking and ROI data to support the partners & customers decision process.
- Increase partner status, moving partners to higher levels and thus greater commitment
- Grow partner status, moving partners to higher partner levels and thus greater commitment
Could be better if you have:
- Experienced Accounting with a demonstrable track record of success.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with senior business leaders
- Data driven with strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of Excel (Eventually Pipedrive & Hubspot)
- Native Italian (Eventually fluent in English both written and spoken)
- LinkedIn attitude
- Proactivity and curiosity, can – do attitude
- Ability to prioritize and manage tasks efficiently
- Team building attitude
- Desire to always improve your hard and soft skills
