At Ermes – Intelligent Web Protection we are looking for talents. Our next Sales Junior will be in charge to drive our excellence in: 

  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Economics or similar qualifications 
  • Proven experience in a similar role of at least 1 year (Business Development, Sales Representative) 
  • Ability to drive business partner performance through account management
  • Excellent negotiation, sales (including cold call) and communication skills –
  • Excellent analytical skills 
  • Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce) 
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, CRM & Hubspot 

Could be better if you have: 

  • Demonstrable sales experience (please show us your track record of success) 
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with senior business leaders 
  • Data driven attitude with strong analytical skills 
  • Native Italian language 
  • LinkedIn attitude  
  • Proactivity and curiosity, can – do attitude 
  • Ability to prioritize and manage tasks efficiently  
  • Team building attitude 
  • Good knowledge of the English language  
  • Desire to always improve your hard and soft skills
