At Ermes – Intelligent Web Protection we are looking for talents. Our next Sales Junior will be in charge to drive our excellence in:
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Economics or similar qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role of at least 1 year (Business Development, Sales Representative)
- Ability to drive business partner performance through account management
- Excellent negotiation, sales (including cold call) and communication skills –
- Excellent analytical skills
- Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, CRM & Hubspot
Could be better if you have:
- Demonstrable sales experience (please show us your track record of success)
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with senior business leaders
- Data driven attitude with strong analytical skills
- Native Italian language
- LinkedIn attitude
- Proactivity and curiosity, can – do attitude
- Ability to prioritize and manage tasks efficiently
- Team building attitude
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Desire to always improve your hard and soft skills
