How is the Best Workplaces for Millennials 2022 ranking drawn up? 

The ranking is based on the opinions of over 94,000 employees belonging to 210 companies, including 16,453 Millennials.   

In these companies, the entire population of Millennials responded to the Trust Index business climate survey, expressing their views on the organization they work in and their working environment: The research has thus identified and rewarded the companies in which they find place and expression inclusion and diversity.   

The company thus stands out thanks to an approach to work that can rely on innovative processes that promote a balance between private life and work.  

20 Best Workplaces for Millennials 2022: Goals for 2023 

Today the challenge of Ermes – Intelligent Web Protection is to triple the size of the team, increasing from 30 to over 100 people, estimating that over 80% of these new entrants are millennials or even younger.

This will involve moving the activities into a larger building, which can accommodate the planned hiring to be achieved in 18 months, which will accompany the entry of the new HR director from November Emanuela Panero.
